Our Response to COVID-19

We understand that this is such a confusing time for all. Please see below for additional details regarding how we are operating during the pandemic of COVID-19, details for parents to better understand what services we are providing (e.g, how and where) and some specifics so that our future employees can better understand what we are doing to ensure our team remains safe.

In March 2020, we developed our position by clarifying our values and creating teams that would engage in value based decision making to navigate these difficult times.

It is the position of ABRITE that we will operate, in the presence of this epidemic based on the 3 major values of our organization and with the help of core guiding factors:

  1. We value our team.
  2. We value the children & families we serve.
  3. We value the science of behavior analysis.

We have created 3 teams based on each of these values and their missions are highlighted below.

Team ABRITErs

Team ABRITErs

Dr. Ginger Raabe will lead this mission towards leading the team through this virus with the use of scientifically driven information and the consistent and repeated updating of information for our team to ensure safety while continuing to focus on retention of our team, and the happiness and balance of our employees. Dr. Raabe will evaluate the workability of our practices and procedures and adapt as needed so ABRITE, as a collective unit, can pivot quickly in the presence of changes.
Team ACCESS

Team ACCESS

Dr. Janice Frederick will lead this mission by pivoting all efforts towards providing access to behavior analytic services for children and their families. Dr. Frederick focus on creating a model, in the presence of barriers like travel restrictions and possibilities such as telehealth, that allows learners to continue to access and benefit from the scientifically proven methods of behavior analysis.
Team SCIENCE

Team SCIENCE

Dr. Valerie Rogers will lead this mission by continuing to advance our scientific procedures and team access to scientific information so that we are continuing to evaluate our effectiveness as a provider in the presence of rapidly changing conditions.
